Card meaning

Upright - a man who carried the arithmetic of the street into the assembly hall. Change the seat and the method still follows.

Reversed - when the method follows, the seat pushes him out.

The tale

Kim Du-han became known in colonial-era Seoul as a street fighter.

After liberation he entered politics and served in the 3rd and 6th National Assembly.

In 1966 he threw filth during a plenary session and lost his seat.

The incident was reported in the newspapers of the day and remains on record.

He died in 1972.
