Card meaning
Upright - a day for checking the hand through the gap in the door. If the voice fits but the hand does not, do not open.
Reversed - a rotten rope and a sound rope look the same until you take hold.
The tale
A mother crossing the hills meets a tiger and does not come home.
The tiger puts on her clothes, comes to the house and asks them to open the door.
The brother and sister look at the hand and know it is not their mother.
They climb a tree and pray to the sky for a rope.
They become the sun and the moon; the tiger takes hold of the rotten rope.
