Reversed - the secret inspector comes late. Holding out until then is your own share.
The tale
Chunhyang and Yi Mong-ryong meet in Namwon and promise to marry.
After he leaves for Hanyang, the new magistrate demands she serve him.
She refuses and is put in prison.
Yi Mong-ryong returns to Namwon as a secret royal inspector.
The tale survives as pansori and as a novel; Gwanghallu in Namwon is its setting.
