Terms of Service
Mise à jour 2026-09-03
Ce document n'existe qu'en coréen et en anglais ; la version coréenne prévaut. Ci-dessous en anglais.
These terms cover your use of GuiaAt (service address guiacorea.kr). Browsing needs no account; only booking, ordering and messaging do.
1. Your account
You sign in with a Google account or with an ID and password. A nickname is generated for you and you can change it.
Please note: there is no password reset yet. The email address taken at sign-up is meant for recovering your account later, but we have not yet built the step that confirms the address is yours, so we cannot reset a password today. Keep your password safe.
The service is not for children under 14.
You may close your account at any time. Closing it does not cancel bookings — cancel those separately.
2. What you post
You keep the copyright. We do not take it.
We use it only as far as needed to display and deliver the service.
You are responsible for not infringing others' rights — likeness, copyright and personal data included.
3. Reporting and action
Anyone can report a message and block another user. Both are available in the app.
Step
What happens
1
We review reports we receive
2
Where needed we remove the content or block access without delay
3
Where the rights question is unclear we block access temporarily, for no more than 30 days
4
We tell both the reporter and the author what we did
5
Where an infringement is plain we may act without a report
4. What you must not do
Sexual abuse material, including images taken without consent
Impersonating someone
Defamation, abuse or harassment
Posting other people's personal data — including photographs in which they are identifiable
Spam
Automated scraping or interfering with the service
Breaking these rules can mean removal of content, restricted use, or suspension of the account.
5. Accuracy of event information
Festival, performance and attraction listings are public open data from bodies such as the Korea Tourism Organization and KOPIS, shown as published. The source is named on screen.
We do not warrant that it is accurate or current. Schedule changes, cancellations and refunds are the organiser's. Please confirm with the organiser before you travel.
6. Disaster alerts
This service exists partly to carry Korea's official alerts, which are mostly in Korean, into other languages. It does not replace the official alert, and network conditions can delay it. In an emergency follow 119, 112 and official guidance first.
7. Changes to the service
We may change or stop features. Changes that materially affect you are announced in advance, as are changes to these terms; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.
8. Governing law
Korean law applies to these terms. Where the consumer protection rules of your country of residence are more favourable to you, those rules prevail.
