Gosari Coffee is a space that holds Jeju’s forests, as beautiful as the sea and oreum (volcanic cones) of Jeju. Through the full-length windows on the side, visitors can sit and rest for a while within the deep, dreamlike forest of Jeju where bracken ferns bloom. Gosari Coffee, a tea-coffee blending espresso made from specialty coffee beans with tangerine peel tea roasted in a cauldron, and Cheonggyul (citron) Coffee, blending Jeju handmade citron syrup with specialty Americano, are beverages available only at Gosari Coffee. Additionally, a gluten-free cheesecake made with savory Korean rice nurungji (scorched rice) and first-grade raw milk cream cheese, as well as a gluten-free rice dacquoise made with domestic rice flour and French natural fermented butter, are also sold.
