*The following festival details are from the previous year (2025) and the 2026 festival details are currently being updated.* This is a representative Korean herbal medicine festival, now in its 25th edition. Based on the herbal resources of the clean Jirisan region and the novel "Dongui Bogam," it has utilized historical, cultural, and natural conditions to the fullest, including the creation of Korea's first oriental medicine-themed tourist destination in 2001. Through the festival, it promotes the excellence of Sancheong's Korean herbal medicines and serves as an industrial festival linked to wellness and anti-aging industries, which are of greatest interest to modern people. Programs include the Sancheong Herbal Medicine Pharmacy Experience, where visitors can directly experience the efficacy of Sancheong's superior herbs, the "My Body's Tonic" Experience, and a Wellness Health Tour.
