The 7th Alien Festival is a representative family-oriented experiential festival presented by the Miryang Arirang Space Observatory, the only institution in Korea specializing in extraterrestrial life. It is a science culture festival in Miryang designed for children and parents to enjoy together around the themes of space and aliens. This year's festival will be held along the Miryang River near Yeongnamnu Pavilion under the concept of an "Alien Sports Day." Moving beyond the existing observation-centered events, it is organized as a participatory festival where families can run, experience, and enjoy together, featuring hands-on content such as Meteor Run, laser tag, and a costume contest that the whole family can join. Space and science content is also added to combine the joy of play with educational value. Furthermore, by incorporating space and science programs linked to the Miryang Arirang Space Observatory, the festival blends fun and learning, allowing families and friends to escape daily routines and create unique joys and memories through this science culture festival.
